EuropaCorp S.A. is now tentatively scheduled to release Xavier Gens' French-Swiss horror-thriller Frontier(s) (Frontière(s)) theatrically in France on January 9th of next year. Also, the page for the movie on GOMORRAHY.com has been moved; however, the three trailers for and forty-four stills from the movie -- as well as a larger version of the sales poster above -- remain on that page. The forty-four stills include the complete (and originally exclusive) frontieres_still401.jpg -- frontieres_still420.jpg series.

In addition to being the French distributor of Frontier(s), EuropaCorp is the international sales agent for it. Optimum Releasing Limited has acquired U.K. distribution rights for the movie; Tiberius Film GmbH & Co. KG has acquired German distribution rights for it.

The screenplay for Frontier(s) was written by Gens. The movie apparently stars Karina Testa, Samuel Le Bihan, Maud Forget, Estelle Lefébure (she's also in Julien Leclercq's Chrysalis), David Saracino, Patrick Ligardes, Amélie Daure, Chems Dahmani, Aurélien Wiik, Adel Bencherif, Jean-Pierre Jorris, and Joël Lefrançois.

Here's a synopsis for Frontier(s) from the production: "While an extreme right-wing candidate advances to the second ballot of the presidential election, a group of young armed robbers holes up in a backwoods inn. The inn is located in an old mining wasteland, and its managers are a particularly sordid lot [to wit, (neo-)Nazi cannibals]."
