Theatrical trailer for Kôji Shiraishi's A SLIT-MOUTHED WOMAN (KUCHISAKE-ONNA)
A theatrical trailer for Kôji Shiraishi's A Slit-Mouthed Woman (Kuchisake-onna) has replaced the teaser one on the official website for the movie.
Distribution rights for A Slit-Mouthed Woman are to be offered for sale by Twin Co. Ltd. (K.K. Tsuin) at this year's European Film Market (EFM) in Berlin, Germany. The movie is scheduled to be screened at the dffb-Kino on Friday February 9th at 11:20 a.m. and Saturday February 10th at 8:00 p.m.. Tornado Film K.K. (K.K. Torunêdo Firumu) is scheduled to release it theatrically in Japan on March 17th.
The screenplay for A Slit-Mouthed Woman was written by Shiraishi and Naoyuki Yokota. The movie stars (listed order corresponds to order in theatrical trailer) Eriko Satô, Haruhiko Katô, Chiharu Kawai, Rie Kuwana, Kazuyuki Matsuzawa, Kaori Sakagami, Ryôko Takizawa, Kôichirô Nishi (he isn't credited in the teaser trailer), Yûrei Yanagi, Saaya Irie (a.k.a. Saaya - on the left), and Miki Mizuno.
