ScreenAnarchy Wants You.

Founder and Editor; Toronto, Canada (@AnarchistTodd)

It seems to be a seasonal thing around here as we constantly try to come to grips both with how the site is growing and how people are using it, and once again I'm here to tell you that ScreenAnarchy is looking to expand its writing staff. We've just added a new regular columnist - more on that tomorrow once I've got all the behind the scenes stuff worked out, but regulars will know him and his stuff kicks ass - and right now what we are in desperate need of are more film fans with language skills to help us dive deeper into all this stuff we love from around the world. Specifically we are looking to find people bilingual in English and any of the following languages:

Japanese, Korean, Thai, Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Italian, German, French, Nigerian (or whatever they speak in Nigeria, I freely confess to not knowing), Vietnamese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Icelandic (I'm looking at you, Swarez ...), Portuguese, Hindi, Farsi, Persian, or really any other language spoken in any film producing land.

What we are looking to do is increase our pool of regional specialists, people who can keep an eye on the press in their area of interest, translate what interesting news they find and bring it to us here. ScreenAnarchy has been structured financially so that it covers its own costs and little to nothing beyond, so I have no money to pay, but we have a tight little community here with contributors free to carve out their own niches with little to no interference - meaning I seldom if ever 'assign' pieces and never alter posts for anything other than clarity, your content will never be messed with. We have a good time with things here, and if you've got any of the skills we're looking for please feel free to drop me a line.
