Kôji Wakamatsu's 17 AND LIFE (17-SAI NO FÛKEI - SHÔNEN WA NANI O MITA NO KA)

There's no official website (yet) for Kôji Wakamatsu's 17 and Life (17-sai no fûkei - shônen wa nani o mita no ka); however, there are a few stills from it (in the form of an animated GIF) on the Regional Film Festival (RiFF) webpage for it. The movie was screened at RiFF on October 31st of last year, and at PIA Film Festival: Sendai on November 23rd. Its distributor is Toshiki Shima's Shima Films, which also produced it. It stars Tasuku Emoto, art critic Ichirô Hariu (a.k.a. Ichirô Haryû), and Etsuko Seki.

Incidentally, the official website for Wakamatsu's Perfect Education 6 (Kanzen naru shiiku: akai satsui) still is online. That movie stars Mika Itô, Shirô Sano, Mikio Ôsawa, and Renji Ishibashi.
